R.J. Dieken

Digital Strategy and Execution

R.J. Dieken's background combines legal expertise with extensive real-world experience in complex logistics and problem-solving.

 

As a criminal defense attorney admitted to practice in Montana, R.J. represents clients in both public defense and private practice contexts, handling felony and misdemeanor cases with a particular interest in Native American law. His legal career is complemented by specialized training in mediation through the Montana Mediation Association, making him adept at finding common ground in contentious situations.

 

Prior to his legal career, R.J. established himself as an expert in oversize and heavy haul transportation, leading teams to move cargo exceeding 1.8 million pounds and setting state records in the process. This experience honed his ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems with limited resources—skills he now applies to public affairs challenges.

 

R.J. holds a J.D. from Penn State Law and has pursued graduate studies in Criminal Justice following his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Missouri. He is also the founder of "Supreme Court Decision Syllabus," a podcast dedicated to analyzing Supreme Court rulings.

 

When not advocating for clients, R.J. can be found enjoying Montana's outdoors, performing stand-up comedy, or engaging with the National Lawyers Guild on civil rights initiatives.
